Sandy Forest

Sandra Louise Haag Forest, 74, of Archdale, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023, at High Point Medical Center.

Born November 13, 1948, in Lycoming County, PA, she was a daughter of Betty McMichael Haag of Williamsport, PA and the late Bertrum S. Haag. Sandy was a retired licensed practical nurse.

She is survived by her husband, William B. Forest, Sr. of the home; daughters, Carolyn Hawk and husband George of Williamsport, PA, and Karen McKinney and husband Jim of Williamsport, PA; stepchildren, William B. Forest, Jr. of Trout Run, PA, and Heather M. Blain and husband Mack of Queen City, NY; brothers, Jerry Haag and wife Miriam of New Jersey, William Haag of Staten Island, and Jim Haag and wife Donna of Williamsport, PA; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, January 23, 2023, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Rev. C.W. Moss officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.

The family will hold an additional service in Williamsport, PA to be announced at a later date.
