Jerry Lee Wallace, 60, a resident of Davidson County, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Pine Ridge Healthcare Center in Thomasville.

Jerry was born November 03, 1959 in Davidson County to the late Jack Wallace and Hope Hoover Wallace.

Jerry attended East Davidson High School.  His last employment was with Childers Concrete in High Point and Goodwill Industries in Thomasville.

Jerry loved panning for gold and flying model airplanes.  He loved his dogs and cats, the dogs were always on the back of his truck wherever he went.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny “Mike” Wallace.

Jerry is survived by four nieces: Michelle Burfoot, Marjorie Matiniyak both of Chesterfield Virginia, Mellisa Brumfield of Danville, Virginia, and Marcella Wallace of Monroe, North Carolina, an aunt, Shelby Wallace.  He is survived by a dear friend, Susan Gray, to whom the family want to express their gratitude for the care she gave Jerry.  Jerry is also survived by numerous cousins.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Wright Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Collins officiating.
