Darren Glidewell

Harold Darren Glidewell, 56, of High Point, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born March 19, 1967, in Davidson County, he was a son of the late Raymond Don Glidewell and the late Nancy Proctor Glidewell. Darren was a member of Trulite Baptist Church, loved traveling, fishing, and bible study. He was a witness for Christ.

He is survived by his soulmate, Ashley Teetor, of the home; son, Hayden Glidewell of Colorado; daughter, Kaylee Glidewell of High Point; brothers, Kevin Glidewell and wife Julie of High Point, and Duaine Sikes and wife Sondra of Florida; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Darlene Pannell.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 16, 2023, in the High Point Chapel of Wright Funerals-Cremations with Jerry Whiteheart officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
