Danny Bernard Bame

Danny Bernard Bame, 66, of Thomasville, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Hospice Home of High Point.

He was born February 3, 1958, in Roanoke Rapids, to the late Charlie Bame and the late Pattie Mae Borrell Bame.

Danny was a kind and loving man; on March 6, 1982, he married his beloved wife, Edna Graciela Vallarino Bame. He loved his church family, his work family and his neighborhood friends.

Left to cherish his memory: his wife, Edna G. Bame of the home; son Michael Lee Bame and wife Caitlin of Winston Salem; daughter, Brooke Bame Stringer and husband Christopher of Lexington; grandchildren Baydin Danni Stringer and Lorelei Charlotte Bame; brother, Charlie Bame and wife Jeanette of Thomasville; sister, Mattie Lee Mason and husband Thomas of Blacksburg, Va; along with several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life Service will be 4:00PM Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Providence Wesleyan Church; 1505 E. Fairfield Rd., High Point, NC; with the Reverend Harold Bumby officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Providence Wesleyan Church in Danny’s memory.
