Betty Johns Murphy

Betty Johns Murphy, 91, of High Point, passed away Friday, January 6, 2023, at her home.

Born July 14, 1931, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Johns and the late Grace Williams Johns.  Betty worked for Brayton International Furniture Company and was a member of Oak View Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of seventy-three years, John Murphy of the home; sons David Johns Murphy (Kathy) of Thomasville and Robert Dale Murphy (Kelly) of Philadelphia, PA; and five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
