Joyce Richardson Grant of Greensboro, went home to the angels Friday, October 4, 2019, at Hospice Home of High Point.

Born March 11, 1941, in High Point, she was a daughter of the late Lacy Howard Richardson and the late Stella Rush Richardson. She worked as a Pharmacy Tech at Bi-Lo until her retirement in 2003. Joyce enjoyed cooking for her family, trips to the beach and Facebook.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by a daughter, Christy Grant Buck, siblings; Lacy Harold Richardson and Pat Earnhardt.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Wilfred Grant; children, Kathy Winfrey (Danny), Michael Grant and Jamie Frazier; sister, Sandi Steed (Ken); grandchildren, Jason Buck, Cody Winfrey, Justin and Jordan Frazier; great-grandchildren, Mason and Callie Buck, and Dawson Piner; a dear friend and cousin, Peggy Hooper and a large extended family, all of whose lives are better for having known her.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 7, 2019, at Trinity Heights Wesleyan Church, 5814 Surrett Dr., Trinity, NC.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
