Joyce Ann Brewer Cameron, 70, of Archdale, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Hospice Home at High Point.

Born October 19, 1949, in Randolph County, she was a daughter of the late Ralph Brewer and the late Betty Jo Latham Brewer. Joyce Ann loved sports and followed many teams and players. She was the owner and operator of Copperhood Bar and Grill on South Main.

Joyce Ann is survived by her son, Paul Thomas Morphis of Archdale; daughter, Jennifer Shaw and husband Conway of Ramseur; brother, Gary Brewer and wife Harriet of Sophia; sister, Marion Handshaw and husband George of Archdale; grandchildren, Lily Grace Shaw of Ramseur, and Cassie Elisabeth McKee of Greensboro; two nieces, two nephews; five great-nieces; and one grandnephew.

Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Saturday, November 16, 2019, at Church of the Living Word, 3024 Old Spencer Rd., Archdale with Rev. Jack Elkes officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
