Cynthia Kibe Mealey, 69, of Trinity, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019, at her home.
Born July 8, 1950, in Long Island, New York, she was a daughter of the late Pearl Kibe Brown. Ms. Mealey retired from Federal Express.
She is survived by her son, Anthony DeFreece, Jr. of Asheboro; daughters, Tanise Thomas of Trinity, and Maureen Stevens and husband Wyatt of Newburgh, New York; brothers, Walter Kibe, and Burnel Green; Sylvia Quintana, and Elizabeth Jackson; eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her brother, William Kibe.
Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Total Restoration Church and Ministry, 214 Royal Oak St., Thomasville, NC with Bishop R.D. McLeod officiating.
A second memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Amazing Grace Apostolic Church, 361 Broadway, Newburgh, NY with Assistant Pastor Danny Dottin officiating.
