Barbara Holmes Oxendine, 71, of Archdale, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at her home.

Born March 26, 1947, in Guilford County, she was a daughter of the late James Archie Holmes and the late Lela Driggers Holmes. Mrs. Oxendine was employed with Wal-Mart and attended God’s House of Prayer for His Glory.

Mrs. Oxendine is survived by her husband, James Ray Oxendine of the home; daughter, Patty Faircloth of Archdale; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Leon Williams; sons, Earl Leon Williams, Jr., and Brian Leon Williams; and daughter, Misty Renee Williams.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 29, 2018, at God’s House of Prayer for His Glory, 2606 Bedford St., High Point, NC with Rev. Ronnie P. Everhart officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
